Family Fishing at Lake Needwood

One fish, two fish, I fish, YOU fish! Wet your line at our introduction to family fishing at Lake Needwood. A park naturalist will show you how to tie and bait your hook, go over casting, and show you how to remove a fish without even touching it. We will provide the bait and loan you tackle and a fishing pole, but you’re welcome to bring your own gear. Anglers of all abilities are welcome. All registrants 16 and over must have a current MD fishing license. Registration required for those who plan to fish only.
