Bring in 2023 with peace and intention! Join Brookside Gardens’ yoga instructor, Tanory Ateek, for a day of yoga, meditation and visioning for your new year. The day will begin with a gentle physical yoga practice in the auditorium. We will then practice different types of meditation indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), and we will engage in a creative process to vision for the new year. No prior experience necessary. Participants are welcome to bring their lunches (access to a fridge provided) and Brookside Gardens will provide an assortment of teas.
