Attuned to aquatic life, this son of the land and sea sports a kingly style in his iconic metallic orange and green costume. Sculpted scales give texture to his signature look while flared green gloves and leg fins give Aquaman additional hydrodynamic design as he rules the depths below.
This fully sculpted DC Comics maquette includes two swap-out heads, giving fans a choice between Aquaman’s short-haired classic portrait and a more modern portrait with longer hair and a beard. He wields his golden trident in hand, which can also be swapped with the alternate left arm featuring his hook hand weapon. This is a stunning maquette. So well designed, really solid. I love how it is packaged and how the pieces come together so perfectly. The alternate portrait is a nice addition. I don’t plan on using the hook hand, although it’s cool it is included, but I prefer the classic trident. Paint job and details are perfect, and I am surprised at how much I love the watery base, it looks awesome. Well worth the price and glad I got him before he was gone! Beautiful piece!
This Maquette is stunning! It’s really large, even though I knew the dimensions when I ordered it it still surprised me. It’s gorgeous! I like both classic and modern bearded portraits but opted to go with the bearded one at least initially. Well made, the pieces fit together perfect and seamlessly. I’m so happy I decided to get this, well worth it and knowing it is part of such a limited edition will mean it can only go up in value! This maquette is majestic and really captures the power of Arthur Curry, King of Atlantis, Aquaman! Highly recommended for any Aquaman fan!
