LanzaTech Global, Inc. (“LanzaTech”), formerly known as AMCI Acquisition Corp. II (“AMCI”), an innovative carbon capture and transformation (“CCT”) company that converts waste carbon into materials such as sustainable fuels, fabrics, packaging and other products that people use in their daily lives, will begin trading today, February 10, 2023 on the Nasdaq. Shares of LanzaTech’s common stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol LNZA and its public warrants are to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol LNZAW. As part of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) investment in Regional Direct Air Capture Hubs, Northwestern University will lead a project to demonstrate the potential of direct air capture technologies.
