The Rollbag R3200 Fulfillment automatic bagger is an elite mail order fulfillment bagging system. This automatic bagger works with poly tubing as well as bags on a roll. The benefits of poly tubing include lower material costs as well as right-sizing the bag to the product by changing bag length on the fly, lowering shipping costs, and reducing material usage.

The Rollbag R3200 Fulfillment bagger is equipped with a label printer applicator, to create a fully integrated batch-less order fulfillment bagging solution. A thermal transfer printer option is also available, allowing you to print directly on the bag material. Furthermore, this bagger can be equipped with a TwinPrint® dual-sided label printer applicator to include the shipping information and packing slip on a single label.

Print Registration
For use with pre-printed poly tubing that uses registered print film.
Side-Mount Label Printer Applicator
The side-mount label printer applicator prints and applies a label on the bag right before the operator places product into the bag. This configuration allows for a shorter bag length (as small as 10”) to be used with first bag out printing. It also speeds up the packaging process slightly, as the processing and printing of the label and the bag feeding happen simultaneously. This option is only available on systems that have the bag maker assembly.
Dual Touch Start Switches
Two switches that must be touched simultaneously in order for the machine to cycle.
Light Curtain
Prevents the operation of the bagger when the optical detection field is obstructed. (standard on the R3200XL).
Foot Switch
Instead of using start button.
Adjustable Hole Punch
Pneumatic punch that puts a small perforated hole in the bag, allowing for excess air to escape.
End of Roll Detector
Used to monitor when the end of a roll has been reached. Tall Frame – bag lengths over 24”.
Incline Outfeed Conveyor
Transports bags from the bagger up to table height. Every cycle, the conveyor indexes one step. Consists of a horizontal section where the bag is dropped and an inclined section which has a height of approximately 35”. Height and angle of inclined section are adjustable. Conveyor is stainless, with casters, in 10″ & 16″ widths, place in front of bagger, (pictured) or to side.
Right to Left Package Outfeed
The R3200's Bag Support Outfeed Conveyor can be configured to discharge packages from Right to Left. Standard machine configuration is offered in Left to Right but we can flip it and discharge the other way for your specification. This must be known at the beginning of the order.
