The app failed me on both pickup and drop-off. On pickup, even though the location feature knew my location, check-in repeatedly failed on verifying my location. On check out, the process reset itself every time I rotated my phone to take a better picture, even when I was almost done and didn't finish taking pictures, and I couldn't finish check out and had to call. Basically, don't bother.

Honestly a consistently horrible app. It's hot trash water. Crashes constantly. It often takes longer to reserve a truck on the app than to just walk in the front door and reserve on site. Too many steps, too many pages, too many points of failure. We rent uhaul trucks often (several times/month) for our rental company. The app is by far the worst part of the experience each time. Don't waste your time downloading, go to their website online it's quicker. Would give zero stars if possible.

Terrible app. App constantly failing at every opportunity. Location finder didn't work for check in, works fine finding locations near you while still in app. App says you can find a code by the lockboxes, doesn't say where they are. Parking lot had almost no lights but signs everywhere saying 24/7 self pick up. App constantly rejecting it pictures, distorting them, or changing its mind about previously accepted photos. Once completed, it cancels, says an error occurred and makes you restart.
