    Meet Wan-Chen 'Carol' Yen, our newest Ergonomics Engineering intern from Virginia Tech. Carol is majoring in industrial and systems engineering and is eager to get a glimpse into the everyday life of an engineer. She has a strong passion for problem-solving. This summer, she will be assisting the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Team in identifying sources of musculoskeletal injuries and developing solutions to minimize the risks. In addition to this, she will have the opportunity to connect with fellow interns, volunteer, and visit different facilities.     Introducing Ryan Davis, our newest Technical Support Engineering intern from Rochester Institute of Technology. Ryan is a mechanical engineering student with a strong passion for the field. He is eager to gain hands-on training and is particularly interested in pursuing a career in engineering. This summer, he will be working with the Technical Support Team to oversee liquid-to-liquid thermal shock testing, as well as participating in facility tours, volunteering, and connecting with fellow interns.
