Take your leadership journey to the next level with State Council! The Pennsylvania 4-H State Council is a premier group of young people selected from around the state to be the official spokespeople for the Pennsylvania 4-H program. Council members serve as role models for other 4-H'ers and represent the program at various events around the state, including Farm Show, Ag Progress Days, and State Leadership Conference.
