 Overview

WHO

William Tai is a PhD  candidate in the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences. His specialization is STEM Education, and he's a certified teacher in math and science in Idaho.

Meize Guo is a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Doceo Center for Innovation + Learning, and she focuses on STEM and CS Education.

Belinda Sell will be teaching physical science at Moscow Middle School starting Fall 2023. She has worked as a scientist for 5 years and is excited to move into education. 

WHAT

Pizza-ology Camp targets high school students in the Palouse Region and serves two goals. First, the learning activities of Pizza-ology Camp engage learners in discussions and activities exploring farm-to-table and sustainable food practices. 
Second, the camp will introduce students to a variety of food-related careers in agriculture, restaurant management, and research. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no cost. 

WHEN and WHERE

Camp will be held in July 6-12, 2023 from 8 am - 4 pm, beginning and ending at the Carmelita Spencer Food Laboratory, Niccolls Room 103 daily
