USF to lead statewide initiative to address shortage of mental health professionals
04/15/24 — CBCS has been selected as the home of the Florida Center for Behavioral Health Workforce, which will expand pathways to behavioral health professions.
The USF College of Behavioral and Community Sciences, in partnership with the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, is offering a course designed to help managers and employees become more well-versed in addressing mental health and its impact on their organizations. This important course is 100% online, free, and open to the public, with the opportunity to earn certification and digital badging.
