We work hard to identify and invest in opportunities for rural residents and communities where our clients live.

The Compeer Financial Fund for Rural America is Compeer’s corporate giving program, committed to advancing the well-being of agriculture and rural communities.

Dedicated to making a meaningful impact, Compeer Financial allocates 1 percent of its annual net earnings to the Fund for Rural America, with a focus on agricultural advocacy and development, agriculture education, cooperative initiatives, rural development and community enrichment, as well as youth engagement. Since 2018, Compeer has returned more than $27.8 million through our giving program.

In alignment with our clients’ priorities, Compeer Financial further supports vital enhancements to agriculture and rural America through the Agriculture and Rural Initiative, a donor-advised fund.

Guiding these efforts is a dedicated Board of Trustees, comprised of members of Compeer Financial’s esteemed Board of Directors and team members from across our territory.
