Open Again for the Summer 2024 Season!
We are delighted to announce that 19 Bistro @ Fitz is now officially open as of May 9, 2024! We are excited to welcome back our loyal patrons and greet new guests for what promises to be an unforgettable dining season.
At 19 Bistro @ Fitz, we celebrate the elegant, sophisticated ease of dining, taking pride in showcasing the finest local produce and products. Through our partnership with the esteemed Fitzpatrick family vineyards, we offer a seamless fusion of exquisite food and exceptional wines. Our concept is designed to provide a unique dining experience on our unmatched patio, promising a delightful blend of atmosphere and culinary excellence.
We are now open 7 days a week from 11am, with last seating at 4:45pm. Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxing lunch, a leisurely afternoon snack, or a sumptuous early dinner, you can join us any day of the week. Note that beginning in July, we will extend our hours on Fridays and Saturdays for those who miss our later dinner services.
For the best dining experience, we recommend making reservations through OpenTable to ensure your table. Please note that we are no longer hiring, as our team is complete and ready to deliver an exceptional experience.
