Application for LEVel Up Cohort - Class of 2024

Hello, and thank you for your interest in the ACM LEVel Up program! We appreciate your commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Country Music industry. ACM's LEVel Up: Lift Every Voice program is a two-year professional development and enrichment curriculum for emerging leaders in Country Music. It is designed to empower participants to play a crucial role in broadening Country Music's appeal to audiences beyond demographics and geography.

In the program’s first year, participants learn about various facets of the music community from some of the industry's top executives and partake in volunteer opportunities. Moreover, you will collaborate with your cohort to devise a plan to expand Country Music’s reach into new and underrepresented audience segments. In the second year, you will work alongside your fellow cohort members to bring the plan formulated in year one to fruition.

Please Note:

Program sessions will occur on the last Thursday of every month, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., unless specified otherwise. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory for the entirety of the specific programming. Participants may miss only one session, given a valid excuse approved in advance by an ACM Staff member; otherwise, they risk removal from the program.

While the program is free for participants, it does require approval for time spent in program sessions during business hours from their respective employers.
