Thank you for supporting the ACM LEVel Up program and for your commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Country Music industry! The ACM LEVel Up: Lift Every Voice program is a two-year professional development and enrichment curriculum for rising leaders in Country Music who have worked in the industry for more than five years and have demonstrated a commitment and passion for making Country Music accessible and welcoming to all. Furthermore, it is designed to equip and empower participants to play a pivotal role in expanding the horizons of Country Music to new audiences that transcend demographics and geography. In the program’s first year, participants learn and collaborate to develop a proposed plan to expand Country Music’s reach into new and underrepresented audience segments. In the second year, they take action by implementing the plan.
Your nomination and recommendation for a rising leader in the Country Music industry are deeply appreciated. We aim to build upon their current knowledge, passions, and areas of expertise. We aim to empower this cohort of high-potential rising leaders to unite and impact our industry.
Attendance at program sessions is mandatory, and all applicants must have support from their employer to participate. Unless otherwise noted, these sessions will be held on the last Thursday of every month from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Participation in the program comes at no cost to participants or their employers. Still, it does require approval for time spent in program sessions during business hours.
