Are you watching Hulu's new original series "Under the Bridge?" If not, you should! 📺 The series, adapted from journalist Rebecca Godfrey's novel of the same name, is a true crime drama that follows the disappearance of a young girl in Canada. "Under the Bridge" stars Indian Country's favorite actor Lily Gladstone (Blackfeet) with Cherokee Nation's own Tom Hanada in the writers room! Tom is a story editor for the miniseries and wrote episode four "When the Heat Comes Down." Tom is an alum of the Native American Media Alliance, and has also written for "Motherland: Fort Salem," as well as several novels. We're thrilled to see Cherokee citizens making a name for themselves in film and television, and can't wait to see what Tom writes next! Osda! You can stream episodes 1-4 of "Under the Bridge" now on Hulu!

Recently we had the privilege of hosting teams from Amazon and showing them all that Cherokee Nation has to offer! 📍 While they were here, the Amazon teams were able to explore historic parts of Tulsa and Bartlesville that fall within the Cherokee Nation, as well as Tahlequah and Cherokee Film Studios in Owasso. We hope they loved Tsaliwood as much as we do! Donadagohvi, until we meet again! 👋

The new musical based on S.E. Hinton’s novel “The Outsiders” opens tonight on Broadway! Recently, Cherokee Film welcomed some of the cast and crew to Tulsa, Oklahoma, when they visited various sites related to the book and the 1983 Francis Ford Coppola film adaptation. Many of the locations where the film was shot are located in the Cherokee Nation Reservation and it was a pleasure to share our history and culture with this talented group of people. Stay gold and congratulations on the opening of your show! ✨
