Much has been done, and much more is in the works. As I reflect on our path and PEERX.AI relevancy, I can only express gratitude for being in such an empowering endeavour and worthy cause to pursue. I am blessed and thankful for Her and His Honour Lakhani's attention to the challenges our society is facing. From being introduced by our dear supporter Marlenie Arana to sitting down with Her and His Honour Lakhani in surfacing the exacerbating issue of #socialisolation, #loneliness, #mentalilness overall, that is pressing on our health system and aggravating the pervasive effect of mental health stigma. I am deeply honoured to have had the opportunity to meet with Their Honours, the Honourable Salma Lakhani and Dr. Zaheer Lakhani. Their unwavering dedication to service, community, and fostering an inclusive society is truly inspiring. I am grateful for the enlightening discussion on mental health and the potential for innovative solutions like PEERX.AI to make a meaningful difference. You’ve been flooded with #mentalhealth conversations in the last two years in response to how #covid19 exposed the severity of this situation. I believe the world noticed and acknowledged that action must be taken, and action were indeed executed to increase support and services. However, the effort must remain and we must now look at upstream strategies to create psychological safety in and out of the workplace, enabling mental health normalization thus, addressing one of the biggest barriers: #stigma and #culturaltaboo. Join me as I will be facilitating a conversation about mental health today, and tomorrow with Nadine Huggins , CHRO for Royal Canadian Mounted Police | Gendarmerie royale du Canada.
