In the press
Read these features on the play and its creators:
“Like a spinning disco ball, MARY GETS HERS bewitches the gaze.”
Rhoda Feng, The New York Times
“MARY GETS HERS is wacky and winking, big on slapstick-and-clown-inspired physicality and totally charming in its quirkification of Hrotsvitha’s dramatis personae.”
Sara Holdren, New York Magazine/Vulture
“Within the delightful, diverse cast of women and nonbinary performers, Perkins and Chavez-Richmond deliver humorous exaggerations of Abraham and Ephraim while Wong emotes an ever-ebullient Mary. Kai Heath crafts a captivating Soldier and Claire Siebers shapeshifts through the rest of the roles”
Kimberly Ramirez, Talkin Broadway
