Academy 2024 Indianapolis will be held from November 6-9 in Indianapolis, IN. Indianapolis is known for fast cars and blockbuster sporting events, but it also offers a robust culinary and brewing scene, iconic cultural institutions, and vibrant neighborhoods. Known as the crossroads of America, you can drive to Indianapolis from most of the Midwest or fly into the airport conveniently located only 15 minutes from the headquarters hotel.
The continuing education is second-to-none, and you can learn in a variety of formats including standard continuing education lectures by top-notch presenters, grand rounds presentations, workshops, rapid fire lectures, a variety of symposia, and small-group exchanges. The opening Plenary Session always presents cutting-edge information that provokes thought and conversation. Attendees will also be able to interact with more than 150 vendors in the exhibit hall, while learning about and purchasing products that will improve patient care. According to the Academy motto, “All CE, All the Time,” attendees can potentially earn 32+ hours of continuing education credit over the course of the meeting.
So, START YOUR ENGINES and race to Indianapolis to meet friends and colleagues, advance your eye care knowledge, and purchase innovation that can improve patient care! Academy 2024 Indianapolis will be the best meeting yet!

Visa Information
Most international attendees visiting the United States will need to apply for a visa through the U.S. Department of State.
Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. The visa application process can take several weeks.
Please note the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) for travel to and from the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Bermuda.
It is important to thoroughly review all information on the specific Embassy’s Consular Section website for local procedures and instructions on making an interview appointment, paying fees and checking on the status of your visa application. Find the consulate for your country by selecting the associated region.
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less, when they meet all requirements explained below. Travelers must be eligible to use the VWP and have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel.
Please fill out the Visa Invitation Letter Form after completing your meeting registration.
