Interested in getting involved in the community? Want to make an impact? Join the Center for Service Learning and Community Service during SBU Week of Service! Each day will include different community service events centered around different causes for students to participate in. Whether volunteering individually, as a student group, or with friends, there is a project for you! Register for an activity below!

Monday March 27:  Brighten the Brook: Campus Beautification (West Campus) | 1 pm to 3 pm

Tuesday March 28:  Don't Walk By Homelessness Walk with LI Coalition for the Homeless| 12:30 pm to 2 pm | SAC Plaza Mall

Wednesday March 29:  In Person Volunteer Fair | 11:30 am to 2 pm | SAC Ballroom A

Wednesday March 29:  Virtual Volunteer Fair | 2 pm to 4 pm | Virtual

Thursday March 30:  Serving America's Heroes | 9 am to 1 pm or 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm | Long Island State Veterans Home

Friday March 31:  Tinker Toys in collaboration with the NY Chapter of Makers Making Change| 11 am to 1 pm | SAC Ballroom B

Supporting Our Seawolves - Week Long Campus Food Drive

During SBU Week of Service, Support Our Seawolves by donating items to the Stony Brook Food Pantry. Donations can be dropped off anytime between March 27 to March 31 at the food pantry or any of the following drop off locations: Commuter Lounge, SAC Lobby, Union Lobby, West Side Market or Emporium.
