It was a new patient visit, doctor did not rush and answered all my questions.

Waiting a long time to get a response when I left a message.

I sent a message via the portal, and the doctor responded within 24hrs and perscribed a new RX I needed.

She was great. I like her.

Prior to coming to Christiana I had the same PCP for well over 10 years. Once he flipped to concierge i was forced to find another PCP. Dr. Dana Newswanger is probably THE best physician I have ever seen. She listens to what i am saying - I mean truly listens- before she speaks. The med tech (ugh i wish i remembered her name) was very pleasant and efficient. The office staff is also pretty great too! So very fortunate to have found Dana Newswanger. Will highly recommend and refer to anyone I know in need of a PCP.

After a 3-month wait, I went in as a new patient. Unfortunately I had sustained an undiagnosed fractured tibia a few days earlier. Dr. Newswanger was extremely helpful offering her thoughts and in assisting in my efforts to get an x-ray, MRI and standard new patient bloodwork. She was extremely caring and has been following up through the portal.

I received expert treatment for identifying some things that were not obvious to me, and Dr. Newswanger explained them ordinarily well, and reviewed and complete health care and the history and I left their feeling more knowledgeable. She explained things thoroughly, and what direction to go and even some of these things as, as I age are indicative of aging and explained those very thoroughly, and how to take care of anything else, that anticipation and things that were questionable in my mind, as I age, she was extraordinary explicit.

This was my first visit. I found Dr. Newswanger to be very kind, caring and empathic. I felt very comfortable with her.
