We provide a dedicated Client Success Manager to partner closely with our employer clients, understanding employee benefits teams are typically strapped and need to juggle multiple vendors/programs. Because we manage the service and help clients drive employee engagement, we can successfully run the program with limited effort needed from a client’s employee benefits team. Account management support includes regular checkpoint calls, service performance reporting and customized employee communication support.
Our Solutions
- Destination Surgical Services: Predictable costs, ease of billing for bariatric, bone marrow transplant, heart & vascular and women’s health services. Concierge-level coordination for a personalized experience.
- Virtual Primary Care: Available to those who seek an alternative form of access by need or choice. A well-suited option for a remote and hybrid workforce.
- Employer-Based Advanced Primary Care Centers: We create onsite centers generally – not exclusively – for geographically-concentrated larger employers and/or employers with unique health objectives for their employee population. Near-Site centers serve several employers within a geographic area that combine resources to fund the center.
- Urgent Care: Connectivity between ChristianaCare and our joint venture partner GoHealth exists for patients accessing a GoHealth center in Delaware or in North East and Elkton, Maryland. The arrangement promotes a better overall patient experience and an opportunity for improved continuity of care. - Occupational Health: From workers' compensation to occupational health headaches, ChristianaCare - GoHealth Urgent Care is here to help alleviate the pain points with convenient hours, 365 days a year. Workers' Comp visits can be made at any of our locations across Delaware and Maryland.
- Biometric and Health Risk Assessment Services: Employees learn more about their lifestyle habits and risks and how they impact their overall health. Our team will come onsite to offer a full screening panel measuring body composition, blood pressure and more. A brief coaching session follows to identify their most important health goals.
- Covid 19 Symptom Monitoring: Backed by an interdisciplinary team of experts, our monitoring program can help businesses support their employees by monitoring symptoms and wellbeing.
- Long Covid Clinic: Treatment by a multispecialty, multidisciplinary virtual care and support for Teammates with Post-Acute COVID Syndrome (PACS), or more commonly called Long Covid.
- Gender Wellness: Provides gender-affirming behavioral health services to transgender and gender-diverse individuals who are exploring their gender identity or need support around their social or medical transition.
- Customized Programming: Ability to listen and learn to understand employers’ unique concerns and develop client-specific solutions.
- Vaccination Campaigns: including voluntary inoculation sites for employees at offices and campuses.
- Virtual Behavioral Health Services: available for employees so they can be healthy and supported with high-quality care throughout their careers.
