Submit Your Photos to be Displayed at our Facilities!
Calling all photographers and graphic designers! Aspirus Health is offering a chance for your photo or digital artwork to be on display at one of our facilities. We invite you to submit photos that are contextual to the communities we serve in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan and Minnesota. We're looking for photos and digital artwork that showcase the special aspects of their communities. Please use the following criteria when submitting your photos:
- High quality digital files only: TIF or JPG
- Submit the largest resolution image possible, with a desired size of 24x36 at 300 dpi. Note: Not all cell phones can achieve this resolution.
- No photos of a photo.
- No people in subject matter.
- Submit up to 4 photos per submission.
- All work must be an original work. As such, you must comply with U.S. copyright laws, any and all laws regarding intellectual property, and you will indemnify Aspirus and any of its affiliates for any violations in connection with the image(s) submitted.

Deadline: Contest will run quarterly for one year. See below for timeframes to submit your artwork.
- First Round - May 1 - July 30, 2023
- Second Round - July 31 - October 29, 2023
- Third Round - January 22 - March 22, 2024
- Fourth Round - March 25 - June 20, 2024
A committee from Aspirus Health will review submissions and select photos for use within Aspirus facilities. Selections of the committee are final. Photographers/graphic designers will be notified if their photo or digital artwork is selected for use.

* By submitting this information I agree that if my photo(s) is selected, Aspirus, Inc., may use the photo(s) in any manner consistent with its business operations and that I waive any claim, benefit or right based on or relating to ownership or intellectual property interests in the photo(s). I grant full ownership of the photo(s) to Aspirus and in doing so, I understand that as the owner, Aspirus can choose to relocate, re-purpose, or dispose of the photo(s) at its sole discretion. I grant Aspirus the full rights to use all submitted images for printing and use within Aspirus Facilities only. No images will be used outside of Aspirus and/or sold. Additionally, if the focus of my photo(s) is an individual person or group of people, by checking this box I attest that I have their permission to submit the photo.
