End Citizens United // Let America Vote today endorsed a new slate of candidates running for Governor, Attorney General, and Secretary of State.
The list of candidates includes: Katie Hobbs (AZ-Gov), Laura Kelly (KS-Gov), Letitia James (NY-AG), and Maggie Toulouse Oliver (NM-SOS).
“We need anti-corruption and voting rights champions in office up and down the ballot. With extremist Republicans running for office on a platform of silencing the voice of voters and sabotaging our elections, we must elect candidates who will protect our democracy. These leaders have proven track records of standing up to special interests and ensuring working families can make their voices heard on the issues that matter most,”said End Citizens United // Let America Vote President Tiffany Muller.
Nationwide, there are at least 120 Republican election-deniers who will be on the ballot this November.
ECU // LAV is a leading anti-corruption and voting rights group. The grassroots-funded political action committee raised and spent $65.5 million in the 2020 election cycle to elect candidates fighting to limit the influence of big money in politics and protect the freedom to vote.
