NEVI Funding Opportunities
PennDOT released the NEVI Round 1B Eligible Locations Map on April 4, 2024. The PennDOT Round 1B Funding Opportunity is designed to fill Alternative Fuel Corridor gaps that remain after Round 1 and Round 1A awards. Additional details regarding the Round 1B Funding Opportunity will be released soon. Interested proposers should begin identifying project sites and team members in anticipation of a proposal due date in June or July.
NEVI Round PennDOT’s Round 1A
NEVI Funding Opportunity opened for online proposals on December 11, 2023 and closed on January 26, 2024. PennDOT announced the NEVI Round 1A conditional awards for 29 projects in 19 counties on April 4, 2024.

NEVI Round 1
PennDOT released the NEVI Round 1 funding opportunity on January 6, 2023 (updated March 13, 2023) and closed the program on May 5, 2023.
PennDOT has since announced NEVI Round 1 conditional awards for 54 projects in 36 counties to expand access to and reliability of electric vehicle charging in Pennsylvania.
