Holy Family to Add Women’s Bowling in 2022-23

Philadelphia, Pa. — Holy Family University Athletics is expanding to 14 athletic programs with the addition of women's bowling starting with the 2022-23 academic year.

"It's exciting to be able to provide new prospective student-athletes with an additional opportunity to compete at the collegiate level," said Director of Athletics Tim Hamill. "Women's bowling is a growing and emerging sport that has rapidly seen much success within our region and at the national level. I am looking forward to welcoming our first women's bowling class next fall."

The new women's bowling program will begin competition with the 2022-23 academic year, while the position for Head Women's Bowling Coach is now open. Women's Bowling officially became an NCAA sport in 2003-04.
