“A Veterinary Technician’s Point of View: Caring for your horse at Cornell’s Equine Hospital”

Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) are highly educated professionals who are an integral part of the veterinary team. We'll discuss the credentials behind the title LVT and walk you through the LVTs involvement during your horses visit to the hospital. We will use case studies to describe our interactions and responsibilities amongst emergencies and scheduled appointments.
