2023 Young Farmer Ag Insights Tour

2024 YOUNG FARMER AG INSIGHTS TOUR

July 11 – 12

Join us for the 2024 Iowa Farm Bureau Young Farmer Ag Insights Tour, which will take farmers (ages 21-40) on fun, educational tours of innovative agricultural sites in western Iowa and Nebraska.

This two-day event is a great opportunity to learn about unique alternative ag businesses, spark ideas for your own business and meet other young farmers from across the state. While on the tour, you’ll visit a farmer-run distillery, one of the nation's newest Ethanol plants, a state-of-the-art combine manufacturer, a vertically integrated poultry facility that produces approximately 2-million birds each week for Costco rotisserie chicken, and a lunch stop at one of Iowa's best kept small-town secrets and 3-time top 10 finalist in the Iowa Cattlemen's Best Burger contest. An overnight stay in Omaha’s Old Market District, a lively shopping, dining and nightlife destination, will also be included in the trip.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to experience some of agriculture’s hidden gems. To learn more or to register, click on the links below.
