The Mer-Man Maquette measures 17.4” tall and 14.25” wide as the master of Eternia’s oceans rises from a murky Snake Mountain themed base. This MOTU collectible maquette is fully sculpted and vibrantly painted in a way that celebrates his original two-dimensional appearance with an in-depth three-dimensional update. Mer-Man’s yellow and orange armor features shell and coral-like shapes and textures, giving him a formidable spined silhouette.

looks excellent with textures and paint. Another knockout piece from the Tweeterhead MoTU line
Another amazing rendition by Tweeterhead of the master from the deep, Merman! This piece was tastefully done. Like previous MOTU statues the base has a lot of detail and tells its own story without distracting from the statue itself; something I’ve come to love from this line. From the jewel sparking eyes (shine a light at them and you’ll be impressed), to the marine like skin, coral-esque armor and amazing choice of weapons, this Merman statue captures the essence what this evil henchman would look like if he was real. There are 2 portraits to choose from and I will definitely be displaying the portrait that pays homage to the look of the action figure of the 80’s in my opinion. I grew up watching the MOTU cartoon and playing with the action figures so to collecting this amazing line of statues over 30 years later is awesome. I have Skeletor and Trapjaw on order and can’t wait to see what comes next. If you’re a die hard MOTU collector, this statue is an absolute must have!

This piece is OUTSTANDING. I now have Mer-Man and Teela with the others on pre-order. I can’t wait to set this up next to Trap-Jaw!!! Tweeterhead quality on these 1:5 scales is crushing it!
