We are excited to welcome Rasika Pande as our new finance manager! Rasika comes from a financial risk management background in the private sector; her past experience includes working with banks and consulting firms. She graduated from American University with her Master’s in International Relations. Prior to that, she earned her dual Finance and International Studies bachelor’s degrees from Virginia Tech.

We are excited to welcome Derrick Frazier as our new associate director, supporting the American Talent Initiative and #UnlockingOpportunity! Earlier in his career, Derrick served a variety of organizations that are committed to promoting educational equity and access, including Teach For America, the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, and Mott Philanthropic. He was a classroom teacher in a public middle school for three years and a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Derrick holds an M.S.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University; an M.P.A. in Nonprofit Administration and an M.A. in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University; and a double B.A. from American University.
