ASM Global managed venues pride themselves on being a steward to the community and with their latest certification, Broward County Convention Center is doing just that! 🌻 They've become the FIRST Convention Center in North America to adopt the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, a program created to support people with disabilities that may not be immediately visible, such as autism, dementia, or learning difficulties. Attendees can choose to wear a lanyard, available at the venue's Guest Services desk, bearing a sunflower logo as a subtle way of letting others know that they have a hidden disability and may require additional support, assistance or a bit more time. Many of our ASM Global (APAC) venues have already adopted this program and we are glad to see it making its way to the US! Congrats to the team in Ft. SAVOR’s mission is to enrich the overall guest experience through food by providing growth opportunities for local entrepreneurs and doing it with a local flair. ✨ At the Innovation Brunch Bar at the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach outside the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, #SAVOR partnered with local and diverse restauranteurs to create a sweet and savory culinary experience for thousands of hungry racing enthusiasts. From breakfast sandwiches and donuts to chicken and waffles and acai bowls, the brunch bar was the perfect addition to the exciting fuel options and upbeat vibes all race weekend long. 🏎️ 🍩 🍳

Help us welcome two of the newest team members to our #SAVOR Hospitality division - Jason Dowd, Senior Vice President of Culinary & Innovation, and Craig Condra, Regional Vice President, Food & Beverage. 🙌 With more than 25 years of culinary innovation experience and a background in restaurant operations, research & development and menu creation, Jason will manage the execution of overall strategic product innovation as well as driving product development to regional and executive chefs. Craig will oversee F&B operations for 12 convention centers including overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the facilities. He brings more than 21 years of experience including stints with Sodexo Live!, Levy, Legends and Aramark. We're grateful to have both of your expertise at #ASMGlobal!
