We're ready to rejog your memory as Double J counts down the Hottest 100 of 2001 all over again this month.
Yes, it's the summer tradition that makes us remember the best and the most questionable things about our music taste of 20 years ago.
The countdown that unearths songs we haven't heard in years, as well as reminds us that the Australian public were pretty good at picking the big songs that would endure for decades to come.
As part of the Hottest Weekend, Double J will relive the songs from the 2001 Hottest 100 on Sunday 23 January, making it the perfect recovery from triple j's big countdown the day before.
Get some mates together, trade stories from 20 years back, and teach your kids about the music you were mad for back when you were watching the original Sex and the City, or the first Harry Potter movie, and playing Snake on your phone.

Think long and hard about the songs you loved this year before you submit your list, because once the votes are counted, there's no going back. And, in 20 years time, we're probably gonna relive that countdown all over again on Double J.
