Out of the Ashes is the only place in Western North Carolina for the underserved and uninsured to receive drug and alcohol addiction treatment and emergency shelter at no cost.

Out of the Ashes is the only recovery facility in the foothills with an open door to the opportunity for recovery and the hope of the gospel. That is the definition of a refuge!
