Join Us! Omaha, Nebraska | August 14-16, 2024

One of the centerpieces of ACE’s service to the industry is our annual conference, which brings together ACE members and leaders in ethanol from every corner of the country. Held every August, the ACE conference is your time to connect with friends and colleagues for updates on ACE’s efforts, innovations in production, progress in the pursuit of net-zero carbon, policy developments and opportunities to add value to today’s ethanol on the farm and at the plant.

Best of all, the ACE conference unites the grassroots of our industry. We recognize achievements among our members, spotlight leadership in every corner of the industry, and make a commitment to each other for our mutual success. It has the feel of a family reunion and we invite you experience it — and better still, to sponsor it — first hand.

Submit an Abstract

Abstract deadline extended: April 26, 2024

Opportunities:

  • Breakouts: The ACE Conference offers nine, 60-minute breakout sessions. Three rounds of three sessions, each held concurrently. Each 60-minute session allows for 1-3 speakers (with or without a moderator). Abstract submissions should indicate the number of speakers proposed, and whether a moderator will be included. If a moderator is desired, we prefer you designate one on your own, unless your proposal allows for additional companies to split the time.
  • ·General Session: The ACE Conference also includes two days of general sessions; topics may be submitted for the general session, though time is limited. Submissions for general session topics should assume a 15-30 minute time slot; panel ideas may also be proposed.

Who can submit:

  • All ACE members are invited to submit abstracts and topic/speaker recommendations. Non-members are welcome to submit recommendations, but first priority will be given to ACE members. In the case where a topic is proposed and ACE does not have a member operating in the same space, non-member additions will be considered.

Deadline:

  • Please submit your brief abstract and/or topic and speaker recommendation by April 26, 2024.

Please submit abstracts or topic/speaker recommendations by filling out the Google forms survey using the link below. For multiple abstracts, the form can be filled out numerous times. Contact Katie Muckenhirn at kmuckenhirn@ethanol.org with any additional comments.
