She began her prosperous career as a registered nurse managing critical hospital units and delivering effective care plans to patients with complex needs. She later transitioned to the corporate environment, leading Care Management transformations for Fortune 100 healthcare companies and closing costly technology, process, and resource gaps.

She functioned in various roles, including Director, Senior Project Manager, Manager, Team Lead, and Principal Consultant. Tramico is passionate about empowering others, sharing knowledge, and improving the quality of healthcare.
