With the procurement of a Learning Object Repository (LOR) platform, the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) is embarking on a journey to provide more resources for lesson planning, student learning, exemplary teaching strategies and professional opportunities across our state.

We emphasize the word journey as there will be several phases for development and an ongoing organic tool, continually updated with new resources. The SCDE is partnering with Safari Montage to provide the LOR to all school districts. We encourage you to stay up to date on the progress of establishing the LOR in each district as well as a statewide LOR by following this page.
