TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kirk specializes in office real estate solutions for both local and national companies. Throughout his career, he has worked with Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords to find solutions for their real estate needs. In addition to office, Kirk has a significant amount of experience with Medical Offices/Doctor Groups and understands the unique requirements these groups have.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In 2001, Kirk entered the commercial real estate business with a focus on office sales, acquisitions, and tenant representation where he has negotiated over 3,000,000 square feet in transactions and over $800 million in total consideration. Kirk started his career with Kelly, Geren & Searcy and later became a principal with NAI Huff Partners in 2008 before merging with Transwestern in 2010.

Kirk received a bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurial Management with a minor in Geology from Texas Christian University.
