Peak Performance CY2022 Honorees

50% of all NACWA Public Utility Members had facilities that earned Peak Performance Recognition for the 2022 calendar year.  Out of 400 NACWA Public Utility Members, 194 Members had a total of 517 facilities/plants achieved Peak Performance.

• 173 Platinum facilities have achieved between 5 and 34 consecutive years of perfect (100%) compliance with their NPDES permits. 
• 204 Gold facilities achieved one year of perfect (100%) compliance with their NPDES permits. The Platinum level is reached in the 5th year of achieving consecutive Gold.
• 140 Silver facilities reported 5 or fewer violations of their NPDES permit in a one-year period.
