The premier location for Division II college football in the southeast enters its 11th year of operation in 2021 as the University of West Georgia's home for Wolves' football. A 10,000-seat facility, University Stadium is located on the South Side of Lovvorn Rd., approximately one mile from the main campus of the University of West Georgia. Parking Policies
Gameday parking for the main lot (Lot B) at University Stadium is reserved for those with reserved parking passes. Lots A, C, and D are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking is available on the main lots on campus. For fans parking on campus, a UWG Stadium Shuttle will be accessible from 2 hours before kickoff until two hours after the conclusion of the game. Students are encouraged to utilize the buses from Campus and to join UWG Athletics on The Hill near Wolves Plaza.
University Stadium Conduct
The University of West Georgia promotes good sportsmanship and conduct among our alumni, students, and friends. Inappropriate conduct, activity or discourtesy should be reported to stadium personnel (fan hosts, gate attendants, security personnel, etc). Umbrellas are not permitted in University Stadium.
Concessions and Programs
Concession stands are located throughout University Stadium. Programs are available at the Blue Guest Services table on the main concourse and outside the stadium before kickoff.
Restrooms
Restroom facilities are located on the concourse level of both East and West sides of University Stadium. All restrooms at University Stadium are ADA accessible and baby changing stations are available in all restrooms.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with the Georgia Smoke-Free Air Act of 2005, Title 31 Chapter 12A, this policy reinforces the USG commitment to provide a safe and amicable workplace for all employees. The goal of the policy is to preserve and improve the health, comfort, and environment of students, employees and any persons occupying our campuses.
The use of all forms of tobacco products on property owned, leased, rented, in the possession of, or in any way used by the USG or its affiliates is expressly prohibited. “Tobacco Products” is defined as cigarettes, cigars, pipes, all forms of smokeless tobacco, clove cigarettes and any other smoking devices that use tobacco such as hookahs or simulate the use of tobacco such as electronic cigarettes.
Further, this policy prohibits any advertising, sale, or free sampling of tobacco products on USG properties unless specifically stated for research purposes. This prohibition includes but is not limited to all areas indoors and outdoors, buildings and parking lots owned, leased, rented or otherwise used by the USG or its affiliates. The use of tobacco products is prohibited in all vehicles – private or public vehicles - located on USG properties.
This policy applies to all persons who enter the areas described above, including but not limited to students, faculty, staff, contractors and subcontractors, spectators, and visitors. All events hosted by a USG entity shall be tobacco-free. All events hosted by outside groups on behalf of the USG shall also be tobacco-free.
UWG Stadium Shuttle
On game day, fans are encouraged to use the Stadium Shuttle. The Shuttle runs on a consistent basis from 2 hours before kickoff until two hours after the conclusion of the game, with pick-ups and drop-offs from all campus bus stops. The Coliseum Parking Lot is a common shuttle lot utilized by off-campus fans.
