Data Entry Officer
  • Non-ongoing full-time role with set start and end times (7 hours 25 minutes per day)
  • Located in Belconnen, ACT (office-based role)
  • $27.66 per hour (including 20% loading) + 15.4% Superannuation
  • Contract dates between 12 July 2021 and 21 March 2022

Data Entry Officers will be responsible for viewing responses on Census forms and assigning them to the correct statistical classification using principles and processes provided. The role is computer-based and will require you work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high quality data on schedule.

About the Adecco Group


The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) has appointed The Adecco Group to assist with the recruitment of 30,000 staff to fill the temporary positions required to run the 2021 Census.

The ABS and The Adecco Group will work together to attract, assess and select people for our temporary Census roles. The Adecco Group will be responsible for attracting staff in capital cities and major regional areas. ABS will work with local people and communities to recruit in rural and remote
areas.
