Fulton Branch is a full-service neighborhood library for Cleveland’s Fulton community. It opened in 1983. Fulton offers free wifi and public computers with Internet access. Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services are available for a fee. This branch is located at the intersection of Fulton Road and Bush Avenue, with a free parking lot available off Bush.
History & Architecture
Fulton Branch opened in 1983. Teare and Herman, the architects who designed this 8,300-square-foot structure, explained their intent “to recognize the trapezoidal site’s relationship to a busy intersection and scaled in context with the surrounding houses and small retail buildings.” The branch’s interior is highlighted by open stacks and a reading gallery lit by a north-facing clerestory.

- Home to of the Clark-Fulton Community Forward Learning Center
- Fulton offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.
- During the school year, Fulton offers America Reads tutors as well as the Kids Café, a partnership with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to provide free bagged lunches for children.
- This branch features Readers Column, a sculpture by the artist David E. Davis.

What: Ward 14 sponsored 6-month Women's Development and Wellness Program.

Why: These workshops are designed to empower participants with practical tools, strategies, and insights to enhance their resilience and wellbeing, equipping them to navigate life's challenges with confidence, maintain emotional balance, and enabling them with tools to create a healthier, stronger life they wish for themselves and the community.
o The curriculum includes: Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health, Communication, Financial Literacy, Stress Management Techniques, Book/Topic Discussion, Food Discussion/Demo, Movement Activity such as dance or stretching.

NorthStar Digital Certificate Proctoring Session

The NorthStar Digital Certificate is a comprehensive assessment that evaluates proficiency in various digital competencies. Through a user-friendly online platform, learners engage in interactive modules covering various aspects of digital literacy, including computer basics, internet usage, email communication, online collaboration, social media, digital security, and more.
The NorthStar Digital Certificate is recognized and respected across various industries, serving as a valuable credential for employment, education, and personal growth. Employers and educational institutions regard this certificate as evidence of an individual's competence in utilizing digital tools efficiently and effectively.
Cleveland Public Library offers proctoring sessions at least once a month. Sessions are two hours long and allow patrons to take as many sessions as they can complete. Most proctored tests take around 10 minutes.
Patrons must pre-register for the session; there is a limit of 5 testers for each session. NorthStar requires that you provide an acceptable photo ID to be able to take a proctored test.
