Contractors are encouraged to go to https://outreach.gilbaneco.com/ to begin the prequalification process with additional prequalification required to bid as a prime contractor on the project.
Project Scope:
The West Park Branch is a 10,500 SF facility located in Cleveland's West Park neighborhood. The project will consist of demolition to create a new entrance, renovations for more efficient use of space, a new reading garden, teen space, an elevator and improved wayfinding signage. It will also include a new community living space, quiet study space, a large interactive children's space and an after-hours lobby.
