Description:

Adele is an attorney, safety professional, trainer and president of the Law Office of Adele L. Abrams P.C. in Beltsville, MD, Charleston, WV, and Denver, CO, a multi-attorney firm focusing on safety, health and employment law nationwide. Adele is a certified mine safety professional and she also provides consultation, safety audits and training services to MSHA and OSHA regulated companies. Adele is a regular columnist for numerous magazines on legal, employment, mine and occupational safety/health issues, and is co-author of several books related to mining, construction, employment law, and occupational safety and health.
She is a member of the Maryland, DC and Pennsylvania Bars, the U.S. District Courts of Maryland, DC and Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals, DC, 3rd and 4th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a graduate of the George Washington University’s National Law Center, and earned her B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Ryan Burr, CSP, is the Director of EHS for Tosca, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has environmental, health and safety experience across multiple industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan has been a speaker at the ASSP Professional Development Conference along with the World Food Logistics Organization (WFLO) Institute. He has also served as a member of the ASSP Georgia Chapter Executive Committee and as a member of the IUP Safety Sciences Advisory Board.

Kristin White is a partner in the Denver office of Fisher Phillips and a member of the firm’s Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management group. Dr. Terpin is the Retired Senior Industrial Hygienist and Emergency Manager at The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Dennis has more than 50 years of experience in the occupational safety and health, laboratory safety and emergency management/response fields. Dennis served as Deputy Commander of the University’s Emergency Response Team and Safety Office for the University Incident Management Team. During his 50-year career in the safety and emergency management fields, Dr. Terpin has served as a World Trade Center 9/11 responder, safety manager, fire chief, paramedic, rescue specialist, and Homeland Security/FEMA certified master instructor (CDP and EMI). He serves on the ANSI Z88, Z88.10 and ASTM F23.65 International Respiratory Protection Committees. He was the recipient of the 2014 Illinois Emergency Management Agency-Emergency Management Achievement Award, the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017,2018 and 2019 - Gold Level DHS/FEMA/Center for Domestic Preparedness Excellence (in the indirect Training Program) Instructor awards and three Center for Domestic Preparedness 5.0 Perfect Instructor Awards.

Todd Logsdon, J.D., Esq.
Todd Logsdon is a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Louisville office and co-leader of the firm's Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Practice Group. His practice is devoted to advising and representing employers regarding labor and employment law matters. Todd obtained his undergraduate degree from Murray State University, as well as his graduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health, and his law degree from the University of Louisville.
