The homeowners purchased their property in 2015, knowing an extensive remodel would be needed to make their dream home a reality. The entire makeover and expansion dramatically transformed the vacant house into a shingled, coastal-traditional 8,100 sf home reminiscent of summer estates in the Hamptons.
