Michael Sullivan

Born and raised in Cape Coral, Adenia has worked in insurance for two and a half years. She loves bringing positive energy into the office and contributing to a team with such a great vibe! Outside of the office, Adenia has many hobbies, including watching movies, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and making Stained Glass pieces. Her family is very tight-knit, and are the most important people in her life! Her family has been insured with Sullivan State Farm since the inception of the agency!

Originally from Utica, New York, Alyssa now lives in Viera. She has been with Sullivan State Farm for 13 years, and worked in the insurance industry prior to living in Florida as well. Alyssa is licensed in Home, Auto, Life and Health. Alyssa’s tenacity, attention to detail, and experience has helped build personal relationships and subsequent numerous referrals. Alyssa’s favorite aspect of working at the agency is being able to collaborate with such an awesome team. It’s like one big family, which makes the work incredibly enjoyable! When she’s not working, Alyssa is an avid Crossfitter and Crossfit Coach, and loves spending time with her family. She has two amazing children. Alyssa and her husband have been married for four and a half years. He is a firefighter/paramedic, and also a Crossfit Coach, which is how they originally met! They love the camaraderie and high-intensity workouts that the sport brings!

Bill Cochran has been a licensed representative in home, auto, life and health for State Farm since 2006 and joined the Sullivan State Farm Agency in 2009.  He is a graduate of West Virginia University where he majored in finance. In his role as Agency Operations Manager, Bill uses experienced-based deliverables to ensure team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to be successful in meeting customer needs.

Brandon is originally from Texas, and now calls Fort Myers home. He has three years of industry experience and enjoys the opportunity to help people navigate the murky world of insurance. He is the proud son of two local small business owners. Whether it’s getting through the tough times in life or simply helping people understand their coverages, Brandon is always there for our customers. Outside of the office, he likes listening to podcasts, writing, watching movies, kayaking on the river, brewing beer, and enjoys learning new things and embracing challenges! Brandon and his wife have been married since 2019 and they enjoy spending time with their young son, their Doodle, James Brownie and black cat, Julianna!

Greitty Llanes, born in Cuba, immigrated to the United States when she was a young teenager.  A graduate of Cape Coral High School in 2006, Greitty has worked at the Sullivan State Farm Agency as a licensed associate since 2016. Greitty, who is fluent in Spanish, always goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are presented with options that are suited for their lifestyle and family needs.

A native of Cuba, Ismaray joined agent Michael Sullivan’s office while she was still in college.  After graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Social Work, “Mary” just couldn’t say goodbye to her State Farm family and has been with the agency for the past 11 years.  Fluent in Spanish, it is Mary’s bubbly personality and her passion for helping people by educating and providing exceptional customer service that make her a natural office leader. 

Jeannette Mora has more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry. She joined the Sullivan State Farm Agency as a licensed associate in 2014 and quickly found a niche working with business owners as well as providing exceptional customer service to our personal lines .  Jeannette studied Forensic Science at Edison Community College in Fort Myers but has found her passion assisting policy holders and delivering quality customer service and innovative responses to policyholder needs for life, home and auto insurance.

Originally from Colombia, Johanna moved to Cape Coral in 1994 by way of New Jersey.  Johanna spent 12 years in the medical field before joining Sullivan State Farm as a licensed associate in 2019.  Whether you’re buying a new car, have car insurance coverage questions, changing your address, have insurance billing questions or more, she’s there to help in both English and Spanish. 

A Cape Coral High School graduate, Kari Marlow began her insurance career in 2003. She joined State Farm agent Michael Sullivan in 2007 and quickly established an area of specialization in property and casualty, life insurance, health insurance, and financial services. Kari is passionate about her customers and their families. As one of our most seasoned team members, Kari's knowledge and experience is valued by her peers and our customers. She feels privileged to have built some many special relationships while helping with their insurance needs.

Originally from Cuba, Malena lives in Cape Coral and has a year and a half of insurance experience. She’s grateful for the opportunity to assist so many amazing customers! When she’s not in the office, Malena loves to travel and connect with nature. She is married with two awesome children!

Wendy is originally from Cuba and now calls Cape Coral home. She has nine years of valuable insurance experience, is bilingual, and loves providing excellent care and service to our customers! When she’s not working, Wendy is an avid baker. She is married to her husband Carlos, and has an amazing four-year-old daughter and three dogs!

In 2012, Zach Hammond began his career at Sullivan State Farm as a licensed associate. A graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Marine Science, Zach excels in our commercial as well as our personal lines departments.  His experience, passion for knowledge and details, as well as his ability to help our State Farm customers understand and select the proper coverages for their home and auto makes him a valuable asset to our agency.
