Hum.....extract the FAT and then see what actual infrastructure is there......Hum a politician lawyer (and one who laughs at gas prices, and recoverable oil) as a energy head, and not even a real scientist with credentials. Remember now with EVs, something has to put juice in at the other end of the wire.....reliably. I laugh at the word Bipartisan. A "deal" alright....for some....perhaps not for who pays. The real irony is sitting on resources and not using them.....all for an agenda. The REAL INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGE IS NEEDED IN DC on the HILL and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Need I say more. Sure an opinion. The country simply can't afford more DEBT, and social change. JUST SAY NO!

Meh. We've heard this all before. Remember $800 billion for the infrastructure and "shovel ready jobs" in 2009? Only $27.5 billion actually made it into infrastructure upgrades. What happened to the remaining $772.5 billion of taxpayer funds? Let's see if this is all empty posturing and blahblahblahing. Again...

Exploration 3000 Currently, we have submitted a proposal to the DOT for 12 MW (16,092 hp) electric tractor-trailer charging stations along I-95 from Key West to Canada at 100 mile intervals. Power is automatically selected in 1 MW increments with our proprietary plug underneath the truck cab using an automatic robotic arm. The slow charging plug on the side of the truck is unaffected. This excess power capacity will future proof the charging station when new battery technology is available. We will then expand service nationwide with over 2,000 electric truck charging stations over the entire interstate highway system. These charging stations will have the capacity to quick charge large trucks up to 80% in only 10 minutes, 100% in an additional 10 minutes with zero emissions. This technology has already been independently tested at up to 400 MW (536,400 hp) with hundreds of generators already in service. This technology has been developed by my research partner and I over the last 20 years. This is also the technology Airbus and Boeing will require to power the electric jets of the future. GE just received a grant from NASA to develop electric jet engines, but will require our technology to power them.

As I posted last week. The progressives "green energy" fingerprints are all over this bill. It provides all kinds of "corporate welfare" and "subsidies" to fledgling alternative energy companies or electric car makers. It is, for example, how a company like Rivian could suddenly become the world’s number three carmaker by value, according to Forbes when in fact it has barely begun even producing cars. Other than those who follow the stock market and Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) who has even ever heard of Rivian? Basically, the entire value of this company is based on the expectation that even before it starts making a profit, the government will already consider it "too big to fail." You think insiders aren't getting rich off this kind of thing?

Why don’t utility executives invest their bonuses to infrastructure as an example for rate-payers?

I will be published in January by Design Cost Data Magazine, “Thermal Transfers v. Net Zero” critical of green building programs that do not require thermography protocols. Thermal transfers/bypass will prevent Net-Zero from being obtainable especially when Design Review of Air Barriers is not emphasized in conjunction with thermography before, during, and after a blower door test. Finally the Department of Defense requires Design Review of Air Barriers and thermography in all their new High Performance Buildings. Congrats to them! I’m also discussing the limits of Sustainability Designs, which without TESTING, may not produce desired results, and again fail the goal of Net-zero. I’ve produced in CSI format a specification entitled “Sustainability Design and Testing Protocols.” For a copy please email me at BWingfield@ConsultMIS.com

Most of the money is going to the corrupt politicians. I bet they are improving the infrastructure around their residential areas. I have no faith in this government to appropriately spend our tax dollars for our benefit. This entire system needs to be broken down and rebuilt.
