KKF Enterprises, an affiliate of PRC Group, in partnership with New Jersey City University and Del Sano Contracting Co. announced the grand opening of Jersey City’s newest luxury apartment development, CityLine West.

Located at 33 University Place Blvd. just east of Route 440, the rentals are part of the transformation of the city’s west end.

CityLine West is the first of two buildings that are part of the broader, $400 million plan known as University Place. The project will call for an eight-building, live-work-play (and learn) destination featuring more than 1,000 residential units on 22 acres of land owned by NJCU through a series of public-private partnerships.

CityLine West is a pet friendly building within walking distance of transportation, waterfront, parks, schools, restaurants and retail centers. The 144-unit building is divided between studios, one- and two-bedroom units and also features unique amenities such as the entire building being “Smart equipped” to work in conjunction with a smart phone.

The entire building will have Wi-Fi access and each apartment is equipped also with Wi-Fi and Amazon Alexa ready. Leasing will begin Sept. 23, and occupancy will begin Nov. 1.
