Previous to beer production, Jeremy spent several years on the California Central Coast in wine production. Now as Director of Production, Jeremy oversees all production at The Bruery Terreux as well as wood programs at The Bruery and R&D for The Bruery and Offshoot Beer Co.

Patrick founded The Bruery in 2008 as his first job out of law school. His passion for creating things that are unexpected and delicious, eventually led him up to Napa Valley where he's currently making his mark on the world of wine. Erosion is soon adding a new element to our winemaking in utilizing the amazing honey produced from the flora of Napa Valley. Erosion also plans to return to its roots by brewing lagers.

Isaac had an interest in cooking and science from a young age. When he started homebrewing beer with his uncle in college, he found that alcohol fermentation combined the two. After a 3-year stint as Head Brewer at Uinta Brewing Company in Salt Lake City, UT Isaac joined the High West Team in 2017. He now looks after new make spirit production and blending operations across all High West locations.

In 2001 Nick moved to California to study brewing at the UC Davis Master Brewers program. After graduating, he was fortunate enough to land a job working in the cellar department at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Shortly after, Nick moved to the brewhouse where he worked for almost twelve years. In 2014 Nick took on his current role running Sierra Nevada’s barrel aged beer program.

Sean Sasscer has been Cigar City Brewing's Brewing Director for over 8 years now. He makes beer and schedules things... pretty easy right? Not so much when you are churning out as many delicious beers as CCB does. Not only is Cigar City Brewing renowned for their Jai Alai IPA, but also their annual release of Hunahpu's Imperial Stout, and the barrel-aged variants that come along with it.

Sara joined the brewery side of things 7 years ago and found her home. For the last two years, Sara has been running the unique and innovative barrel-aging program at OB, coming out with fan favorites such as BA Ten Fidy, as well as a newer series of barrel-aged variations that. celebrate the wood in which they rest, ranging from rum to brandy to bourbon barrels, aptly called the Barrel-aged Series.
