We encourage our employees to give back to communities through ongoing employee-led and company initiatives:

  • nibGive: our employee giving program encourages our employees to get involved in a broad range of community volunteering and giving initiatives, including payroll giving and fundraising.

  • Good Cause Grants: we empower our people to reflect on health and social issues they care about and champion their colleagues to get behind these causes. Charities nominated and voted by our employees receive small-untied grants.
