Can you imagine that it was always God’s intent for us to dwell in His presence? Since the beginning of time, He has yearned for His creation to experience His glory and rest in His love. Yet, somehow, we got sidetracked.

Every now and again, we feel some reprieve when our choices do not result in detrimental outcomes. This is truly what God’s grace looks like, not dealing with us as we deserve. He longs for us to find our place in Him and reflect Him in everything we do. Living in the light of His truth will allow us to experience the magnificence of His power.
Throughout the course of our lives, the guilt of putting on performances, in hopes that those around us will avoid coming too close and uncovering our internal realities, becomes evident sooner or later. It is the fear of confronting ourselves, that oftentimes leaves us paralyzed and emotionally unavailable to others. Remember, it takes a great deal of cognitive energy to be you.
Do you truly know who you are? Do you know why you were created? Do you know how much you are valued and loved? Do you know that your life is a gift? What seeds of doubt have you planted that are now germinating? I submit to you that God has given you all things necessary to live an abundant life (2 Pet. 2:3). It is time to subscribe to your future.
