The NOAA environmental justice content areas provide useful tools and resources for decision-makers and practitioners working to tackle weather and climate disasters in vulnerable communities. Given vulnerable communities may bear the brunt of weather and climate impacts, it is critical that NOAA provide authoritative climate information and services that help all Americans become more resilient in the wake of more extreme weather events.

These content areas make it easier for the public to find just the resources they need, such as grant and funding opportunities, tools and datasets, research reports, promising environmental justice practices, the latest news, and links to federal partners who are key contributors to a whole of government approach to supporting underserved communities.

If you have questions related to NOAA’s environmental justice data, products, and services, or how we might help your community become more climate-resilient, please email us
